Our Community Hour is a safe space for you to collaborate, ask questions, share your experiences, & be vulnerable WITHOUT judgment or shame! These sessions are super casual & conversational.

We believe in the power of community, connection, & support and how it can greatly increase our outcomes. By sharing and collaborating, we gain a sense of comfort knowing that we are not alone in this journey.
